Ever since the release of the head-bobbingly good ‘Drag Queen’ came out, it was pretty obvious Bobby Champs was going places. His new EP, ‘Krenshaw’, only adds credence this prediction. With his “trademark boxy drums” all present and correct, backed up by some chest-rattling low-end rumbles, Bobby Champs is back with a vengeance.
Mercifully, Champs has elected to give away a free track from the release entitled ‘Tragic’. The track, as you’ll find out below, carries with it a vibe that could only be described as “3am”; it’s dark, persistent and simultaneously encapsulates paranoia and disorientation.
