Modeselektor‘s sister label to Monkeytown, 50Weapons, has been steadily earning itself the title of “Most Discerning Record Label Ever”, challenging R&S, Hessle and Hotflush. Now the imprint has announced it will be releasing the forthcoming singles from Addison Groove and Benjamin Damage (pictured above).
The latter has stated his new 12″ single ‘Swarm / Headache’ recalls “the heyday of techno” and is slated for a 5 October release. Addison Groove, on the other hand, will be releasing his follow-up to ‘Transistor Rhythm’, ‘Adventures in Rainbow Country’ which was recorded almost immediately after his LP and will see a much earlier release of 14 September.
