Bass Clef to release new LP on Punch Drunk

As is the custom of the day, sub maniac Bass Clef has been absorbing and collecting elements of house and techno in attempt to advance his own brand of bass music, exploring the “more Martian aspects of Chi-town jack and Detroit techno-soul” for his new album ‘Reeling Skullways’. The new album will see a late April release through Peverelist‘s Punch Drunk imprint.

2562 announces new EP ‘Air Jordan’

Inspired by the kingdom of Jordan (not the estate of basketball megahero Michael Jordan), 2562 explains this record was the culmination of a massive roadtrip through the country prior to the release of ‘Fever’. All four tracks are previously unreleased and will not have been heard before, unless your best pals with him and he sent you a copy. Sadly, I can’t count myself among the chosen so I can only speculate as to what’s in store.

One of juke/footwork’s leading lights Traxman has announced he will be releasing new LP on Planet Mu. With a back catalogue that stretches as far back as the mid-90′s and Planet Mu’s increasing interest in footwork, it seems surprising that the new 18 track CD will be his first for the label.
