“Emo purple future bass”. There’s a collection of words you don’t see together very often. Well, apparently it’s the style of music Sonkin created when he remixed Dev79‘s new collaborative single with Thrills.
The new remix marks the return of the series of free mp3s released by Seclusiasis and Slit Jockey. It’s been a while since the first installment so I’m sure I’m not alone in celebrating its return.
The original track ‘Hey Low’ is taken from the upcoming Dev79 & Thrills EP ‘Loose Joints and Blunt Objects’ which is set for a December 12 release through Slit Jockey. Sonkin’s remix is out now and can be acquired digitally below or through Seclus Jockey for absolutely no pounds or dollars.
