French tunesmith Raziek has been doing the rounds promoting his new EP ‘Love vs. Bass’ on Top Billin. It’s already getting a wealth of support from the likes of XLR8R, so it’s only a matter of time before he’s headlining festivals.

French Hip-Hop producer and sample conjurer Onra (aka Arnaud Bernard) recently announced he would be releasing a follow-up to 2007′s glorious Chinoiseries. The new LP continues the exploration of old vinyl records from and Vietnam and China, blending traditional Chinese and Vietnamese music with Hip-Hop. And he’s very generously offered up a preview of the album.

It’s hard to believe Joker was only 16 when he released Kapsize. Well, four years later he’s releasing his debut album. An originator of the “Purple” sound (along with Gemmo and Guido), rich melodies over deep Garage and Dubstep basslines, Joker lets the sound mature on this album, inviting elements of Hip-Hop, Funk and House to enrich the album.

New Sinden release on Mad Decent
Grizzly Don Sinden has announced that he will be releasing a new EP on Mad Decent, entitled ‘G Like Me’, featuring the vocal stylings of Alabama’s G-Side. On top of that, he’s also unearthed a super old remix he did with Switch (back when he was calling himself Solid Groove) which you can listen to below.

I feel the name Dub Gabriel is one that should surely be careering through countless DJ sets, playlists and recommendations. Quite right too, this latest track ‘Is This Revolution’ has been tearing up dancefloors far and wide, utilising The Spaceape’s vocals to propel this track into the same level of wonderment as his the latters work with Kode9.
Preview a collaboration between Silkie and Swindle
Both Swindle (pictured above) and Silkie have been mainstays in their respective scenes for a while: Swindle has a solid reputation within the Grimier circles of music, producing for the likes of Wiley, Ghetto and Footsie as well as releasing his own records through Planet Mu, it should also be noted he was a founding member of Butterz; Silkie on the other hand has been generally associated with Dubstep, with collaborations with the likes of Skream and Mizz Beats under his belt. On top of that he has released two albums on Mala’s Deep Medi label.
Zed Bias to release new album on Tru Thoughts
It was only last year that Zed Bias aka Dave Jones donned his Maddslinky persona to put out a very smashing album of UK Funky, 2-step and Garage on Tru Thoughts. The LP, entitled ‘Make A Change’, has now been followed up with ‘Biasonic Hotsauce – Birth of the Nanocloud’, this time as Zed Bias.
