Presumably inspired by the Only Fools & Horses character of the same name, Shortstuff has decided to drop the moniker he made a name for himself with, and has returned to the Mickey Pearce alias of olde.
You may be thinking “Now, hey. I don’t remember him being called Mickey Pearce.” Well, look a bit further and you’ll find a couple of 12″s on the quietly splendid Blunted Robots that slipped under just about everybody’s radar as well as a notable remix for Wiley.
As for future Mickey Pearce releases, he has a delightful little 12″ called ‘Don’t Ask Don’t Get’ backed up the other A-side ‘I Am’. It’s scheduled for a late October release date on Swamp81.
